About me

Who am I?

As an experienced counsellor, I provide support to adults from all walks of life who are navigating difficult periods. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loneliness, or any other mental health challenge, I'm here to help.

I also have experience working with survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional assault, as well as individuals affected by domestic violence and bullying. Additionally, I can help those dealing with breakdown and burnout, financial difficulties, loss, bereavement, and unexpected illness or accidents.

Whatever challenges you're facing, I'm here to listen and support you in a safe and confidential space.

My approach is person-centred, which means that I prioritise creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can talk freely about anything on your mind. I believe that by building a trusting and collaborative relationship, we can work together to overcome the issues you're facing and achieve positive growth and change.

You can choose to meet me in my comfortable counselling room in Byfleet, or virtually via Zoom if that's more convenient for you (see my page on Online Therapy).

In addition to my private practice, I also work with a local mental health charity, supporting people facing various mental health challenges. My work with the charity allows me to contribute to the community while continuing to grow as a therapist.
