Online counselling and therapy have become increasingly popular since the start of the Covid pandemic, and some clients prefer to work with me in this way. They have shared that the virtual format does not interfere with the strong connection and benefits they receive from our sessions.

There are many advantages to online counselling and therapy. You can work around your own schedule and eliminate the need to travel, which can be especially helpful if you have limited mobility or transport. Additionally, having your sessions from the comfort of your own home can help you feel more relaxed and at ease.

 

I use the Zoom platform for online counselling as it is easy for clients to use and maintains a high level of security and confidentiality. If you have not used Zoom before, I will provide you with all the information you need to get set up and will support you through the process so that we can focus on your concerns without any interruptions.
